Business Meetings: Held every other month at the Ashburn office, 12:00 noon to 2:15 pm. Lunch served.
Invited speakers, market updates and valuable information from Tom. Also updates on new technology, as well as discussion of immediate issues of concern to agents. Updates on planned events.
Realty Corner: Held on alternate months from the Business Meeting at the Fairfax office, 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. No lunch served/ agents may bring their lunch.
Informal discussions with topics designed to focus on current issues and concerns facing agents. Agents are encouraged to recommend topics for discussion and are invited to share their business ideas and provide an opportunity for Q & A on various topics.
Agent Focus Luncheons: Held quarterly at the International Country Club. Have you ever felt that no one is listening to you? This never happens at RE/MAX Premier.
Tom Donegan randomly invites small groups of agents (7 to 8) to lunch every six weeks to get their feedback on office issues and to discuss new ideas and plans to improve the company. "Some of the best ideas come from our agents," says Tom. We have a delicious lunch, exchange ideas and Tom gets to talk about strategic plans for the company... definitely a fun event.
We Do More Than Sell Houses
Through our volunteering and fundraising we work with non-profits to provide real results to those in need. At RE/MAX Premier, we do more than sell houses. Below are a few of the organizations we work with in our drive to help those in any way we can whenever we can.
The RE/MAX Premier Rock-n-Ride is a non-profit fundraising event benefiting the Children's Miracle Network (CMN), and is dedicated to helping ensure the health and welfare of children with life-threatening illnesses. Over the past 11 years RE/MAX Premier has raised over $500,000 for Children's Miracle Network thanks to the generosity of our agents and staff.
The Ride for America's Patriots is a rolling tribute to raise awareness and funds to help those who had sacrificed for us. Our first annual ride to San Antonio was a big success. We raised over $50,000 in total. We are eternally grateful for the sacrifice and patriotism of our men and women in uniform.
